SIT moves from AIM Italy to the MTA market of Italian Stock Exchange

十一月 30th, 2018

As of 28th November 2018, SIT started the trading of its ordinary shares and warrants on the main market of the Italian Stock Exchange (“MTA”) organized and managed by Borsa Italiana.  This has happened after only one year from the company being listed on the AIM Italy, following the business combination with Industrial Stars of Italy 2.

“The transition from the AIM market to the MTA is yet another major step for our growth. This is accompanied by the expansion of our activities on international markets – said Federico de’ Stefani, Chairman and CEO – Thanks to our presence in the MTA, we will be able to capitalize on an ever-increasing visibility in a larger capital market which gives us a wider national and international investor audience. These are key factors for our continuing growth.  From our part, we will continue to invest energy and resources in pursuing our business objectives and in developing the value of the company”.
